KEY BENEFITS
Explore the high-level protective benefits of this technology application.
Durable CHEMPAK® fabrics by GORE-TEX LABS exceed the requirements set forth by NFPA Standards, while allowing to respond with added confidence that the suit and its seams will stay intact.
Certified protection against a range of toxic industrial chemicals, chemical warfare agents, infectious diseases, synthetic opioids, and other biological and radiological particulate hazards.
When combined with an aramid fabric, products remain thermally stable when exposed to heat and flame.
CHEMPAK® selectively permeable fabrics by GORE-TEX LABS are the only breathable fabrics that currently enable garments to meet the certification requirements of the NFPA 1994, Class 3 and 3R Standards as well as the NFPA 1992 Standard.
These lightweight, flexible fabrics enables you to stay on scene longer with increased functionality.
When faced with chemical, biological or terrorist incidents, defense personnel, fire and safety and law enforcement officers need to be confident that they are protected from exposure to a broad range of hazardous vapors, liquids and aerosols.
CHEMPAK® products by GORE-TEX LABS provide protection in challenging situations. Certified garments, hoods, gloves and socks offer peace of mind, as well as allowing wearers to move freely and remain engaged in their mission for longer periods of time.

CHEMPAK® ultra barrier fabric by GORE-TEX LABS
This fabric provides a high level of protection against a broad range of industrial chemicals, and chemical and biological agents. Penetration protection is offered against liquids, vapors and aerosols. The fabrics can maintain integrity even after exposure to petroleum, oils, lubricants, and other liquid contaminants.
Additional benefits: Fabric provides certified protection to both NFPA 1992 and NFPA 1994, Classes 1, 2 and 2R for hot-zone operations. Covered under patent #US7730557, suits made with this fabric can be completely wet down to help draw heat out of the garment through conductive heat loss, helping responders to manage their body core temperature better.
Ideal for: Hazmat responders, emergency services, law enforcement officers or defense personnel, requiring a high level of protection from harmful chemical and biological agents.
CHEMPAK® selectively permeable fabric by GORE-TEX LABS
This breathable selectively permeable fabric provides high levels of protection while simultaneously providing the wearer with low physiological stress.
Additional benefits: Products made with CHEMPAK® selectively permeable fabric by GORE-TEX LABS are certified to NFPA 1994, Classes 3/3R, and 4/4R and NFPA 1992 Standards for outstanding protection in warm zone operations. This lightweight protective fabric is also breathable, so perspiration vapor can escape effectively, reducing heat stress.
Ideal for: Defense personnel, emergency services or law enforcement officers in strenuous, fast-paced operations that are below IDLH (immediately dangerous to life and health).
