    HOW IT WORKS

The new arc rated PYRAD® WINDSTOPPER® technology by GORE-TEX labs is based on a 3-layer laminate in a single ply. It blocks heat flow during arc exposure and stops flame propagation by forming a carbonaceous char with the fabric, so that heat transfer to skin is reduced.

    Ideal For

Electrical utility linemen and industrial workers who look for a light weight garment which reliably protects them against arc flash as well as incidental heat & flame exposure, and keeps them consistently warm in windy & cold conditions without being bulky.
