正しくお手入れ、および修理をしていただくことで、GORE® プロテクティブファブリクスは防護性能と透湿性を確実に維持できます。ブーツ、ガーメント、グローブには、ファスナー、ジッパー、レザーのアウターシェルなどの付属品が搭載されていることがよくあります。　ファブリクスのお手入れ方法によってはこういった部分が損傷する可能性があるため、ご使用前に必ずメーカーの説明書をご確認ください。

Repair Information

GORE-TEX Technical Garments and GORE-TEX Heat & Flame garments can be repaired to preserve the waterproof integrity of your garment.

Restoring Water Repellency

To prevent wet out, all GORE-TEX shell fabrics are treated with an ultra-thin treatment called DWR, a durable water repellent polymer that is applied to the outermost fabric layer. DWR penetrates the fibers and lowers the surface tension of the fabric, causing water to bead up and roll off this outer layer of fabric, instead of being absorbed.
